We woke up to a bat flying overhead. We were able to get it out an open window after probably 45 minutes of complete panic. All was great until just after supper the next day where again, we have a bat flying through the house. We ended up with two grandchildren in our bedroom for the night and I did not sleep a wink. I called Nick the next morning and they came by after lunch. They could not find anything in the house but were able to determine where the bats were coming in. Additionally, he took the time to speak with the grandchildren and put them completely at ease. These things can get through the smallest of holes but once we plugged it up….that was the end of the bats. The amazing part in all this is that Nick did not charge us anything. And he even said that if you see the bat again, call me and I will come right away. This Folks is the true definition of Customer Service. There is no hidden agenda here simply a Customer that was provided service that completely exceeded expectations.
